At Rimscarnated, the creation of custom forged wheels is a blend of precision, innovation, and craftsmanship. Every wheel goes through a detailed process to ensure that it not only meets but exceeds performance and design expectations.

Start with blanks.

The process starts with a forged aluminium T6-6061 or magnesium T5-AZ80 blank, carefully selected to match the specific wheel size. For example, if you need a 20x10 ET20 wheel, we would choose a blank with specifications that align perfectly. These blanks are designed with a range of offsets, allowing for flexibility. A 20x10 wheel blank, for instance, can accommodate offsets from ET10 to ET50 and anywhere in between.

Precision Craftsmanship

Once the design is selected, the process moves to a full CAD rendering stage. This allows you to oversee every step of the design, making any necessary adjustments along the way. You’ll also see a hyper-realistic render of the wheels before production begins. This ensures your wheels are crafted precisely to your specifications, exactly as you envision them.

QC and Delivery

Our clients are located across the globe, and we rarely get to meet many of them in person. This makes it essential for our wheels and service to leave a lasting positive impression. Every wheel we produce undergoes meticulous inspection before packaging, ensuring that no wheel leaves our facility with even the slightest blemish. Furthermore, we prioritise a swift and cost-effective delivery process, ensuring our clients around the world receive their wheels promptly and in perfect condition.

The design process begins as soon as we confirm receipt of your payment. This stage typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the number of changes you require.

Once the design, renders, and wheel specifications are finalised, production begins. We guarantee a production timeframe of 6 weeks.

We ship worldwide using the most reliable and cost-effective courier networks available.

Whenever possible, we use Air DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to ensure all import fees for your country are included in the price you pay us. If this option isn’t available, we’ll let you know in advance.

Air DDP shipping provides a 10–14 day delivery timeframe while prioritising the safety of your wheels throughout transit.
